David Cartwright
David Cartwright has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate. He is currently
responsible for investment initiatives of Frontier Equity – the investment and development arm of
Holt Lunsford Commercial. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating prospective investments,
design and implementation of investment strategies and management of the Frontier asset management team.
Prior to his role at Frontier Equity, David held various positions within Holt Lunsford Commercial.
Since joining the firm in 1998, he has served in the capacities of financial analyst, asset manager,
portfolio accountant and controller. He has been involved in over $1 Billion of transactional volume.
David graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1998 with the degree of Bachelor of Business
Administration with majors in accounting and financial management. He currently holds a Texas Real
Estate Salesperson license is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lake Vista Pointe
Land acquisition and spec development of 163,395 SF value office building.
City Warehouse
Former Ford manufacturing plant built in the 1920’s- industrial acquisition/land assemblage totaling 1.1
million SF and 65 acres of in-fill land.
Pinnacle Pointe
86-acre retail/industrial land development.
Combination of pad sites, industrial sites, and retail space.
Legacy Texas Bank Headquarters
Disposition of 155,000 SF Class A office building in Legacy Business Park.
Liberty Plaza I & II
2 building, 218,000 SF office acquisition, repositioning and subsequent disposition.

Doug Lueders
Doug Lueders has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, Doug
joined Frontier Equity, a division of Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. as Partner and is responsible for
co-leading the real estate investment division where he oversees project underwriting, due diligence,
asset management, commercial finance, and investor equity relationships for project acquisitions and
developments. Prior to his role at Frontier Equity, Doug joined Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. in 2000 as
Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for development and implementation of financial strategies,
strategic planning and budgeting, risk management, and operational administration.
In 1989, Doug joined Transwestern Commercial Services as Vice President - Corporate Controller. During his
11-year tenure with Transwestern, Doug served in several financial capacities with the most recent as Senior
Vice President - Chief Financial Officer. During this term, Doug was actively involved in managing numerous
financial functions including corporate and project accounting, finance, strategic planning and budgeting,
federal income tax and audit, internal and external reporting, investment analysis, project acquisitions,
and development accounting. During this same period, Doug contributed to Transwestern’s rapid transformation
from a small regional company in 1989 with 150 employees and 12 million square feet to a national real estate
service company with over 1400 employees and 100 million square feet at the end of 1999.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Doug served as assistant controller with Vantage Companies and was a staff
accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.
Doug graduated from Texas A&M University in 1983 with a BBA in Accounting and successfully completed his CPA
certification in 1986.

Kevin Brands
Kevin Brands is the Managing Principal of Frontier Equity, a division of Holt Lunsford Commercial. Prior to joining HLC, Kevin spent twenty years as a partner with CMD Realty Partners building a national office portfolio through acquisitions of institutional quality office buildings located in 14 markets across the nation totaling $1.2B.
As President of CMD Texas, Kevin engineered CMD's growth and presence in Texas, acquiring 30 office buildings totaling 7M square feet in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. He successfully built an organization that executed on the lease-up, management and completing the sale to institutional office investors in 2007. Additionally, Kevin managed three of the five operating funds, including two value-add funds and one core fund.
